At Dana SAC Australia, our company philosophy has always been inspired by a few, simple ideas: Ruggedness, Compactness and Strength. Serving major industrial sectors such as the mining industry, marine, heavy industry and agriculture, we have broad experience and in-depth local knowledge, all leveraged to define the most appropriate solutions according to customer requirements.

Today, we provide mechanical, fluid power and winch solutions, marketing a large range of planetary and helical and bevel helical gearboxes, gearmotors, standard and custom winches, hydraulic, electric or pneumatic.

WHAT WE CAN DO FOR YOU

We provide custom engineered solutions as well as standard products, servicing all of our products  and others. We cover the national market with service capacity for gearboxes, drives, winches and fluid power products with a highly skilled team of technicians able to rebuild our products back to the original specifications. We also focus on implementing any design improvements made available since first-time installation, to enhance performance and ensure longer service life.

NATIONAL COVERAGE

Active on the Australian market since the 1970s, we are located today in Sydney (HQ) where we provide sales, assembly, engineering and service. Our Perth operations offer the same services, while our offices in Melbourne deal with sales and assembly only, and in Queensland we have a sales office in Meadowbrook on the outskirts of Brisbane.

Half the organisation works at HQ in a facility with 720 m2 of office space and a workshop of 2550 m2.

PERTH

Serving Western Australia, our Perth-based team works out of a 2500 m2 facility, primarily workshop.

MELBOURNE

Providing sales and assembly services, the Keysborough centre has a workshop adjacent to the offices.

BRISBANE

A 125 m2 office space located in Meadowbrook and serving customers operating in Queensland.

MORE THAN JUST SALES

With 3 workshops totalling nearly 5000 m2 we ensure complete servicing capabilities for our products and many of those supplied by our competitors. We can rebuild to original specifications and improve product performance. We replace old technology power transmission products with compact and efficient drop in replacements. We have fine-tuned systems and processes allowing us to meet the most stringent load testing vibration requirement levels.
